What doest it take to fulfill your dream?
This is a question that Ariel Villasanta, half of the now defunct reality comedy tandem, Maverick and Ariel, asks himself one night as he was hounded by his own regret and career frustrations. This sets him off on an impossible journey of producing a nearly forgotten and unreleased movie he and his partner Maverick shot in the U>S 10 years ago. Armed only with his charmand undeniable guts, he seeks help from everyone and anyone he knows that made it big in their industries, but even that is not enough so Ariel tales a leap of faith and sacrifices more than just his smooth talking to finally get the movie out.
We are taken back to 2008 when at the height of their careers, Ariel and Maeverick feeling stifled by the local showbiz industry, they seek greener pasture in Hollywood USA where they get a shot at the big leagues. Both then and now, blurring the line that separates ambition and disillusion, they have gone through misadvantures just for that shot at fame. Through their journeys, we see the real cost of making it big in this industry, but will it all be worth it?
Sometime ago, Maverick and Ariel shoot the first reality movie in the Philippines about their journey in Hollywood to conquer American Idol.
After 10 years...Ariel as a struggling artist did not stop at nothing and seek help ftrom several personalities to complete the movie and pursue his dream of sharing it to the Filipino people.
Sobrang pagsisikap nga ang nakita namin kay Ariel para lang mairaos ang pelikulang ito. Humantong sa pagsasangla ng bahay at nakahanda na diumano siyang tanggapin kung anuman ang magiging resulta ng pelikula sa showing nito sa November 27 sa mga sinehan nationwide. Produced, Written and Directed by Ariel Villasanta ang pelikulang ito under his own company na Lion's Faith Production.
Napakaraming kasama sa pelikulang ito. Nandiyan si President Duterte, Mayor Sara, Senator Trillanes, Oacquiao, Bato dela Rosa, Isko Moreno, Strike Revilla, Raffy Tulfo, Mocha Uson, Joey De Leon, Coco Martin, Regine Tolentino, Jose Manalo, Emppoy, Jasmine Trias, Suzette Ranillo, Cristina Decena and the late Eddie Garcia and German Moreno.
