Last sunday ay binuksan na sa publiko ang kauna-unahang center for kids with special needs called HATCH na matatagpuan sa 4th floor ng The Podium sa Ortigas Center. Isang mass muna ang naganap at sinundan ito ng ribbon cutting. Saludo kami sa mag-kumareng Tootsie Caharian at Grace Zapata-Cruz---owners ng Hatch dahil sa kanilang advocacy in putting-up this kind of place lalo na't para ito sa mga batang nangangailangan ng atensiyon. They opened a world of options for kids with special needs. Nandiyan ang open gym, open play, open space, classes out in the open and open to all abilities. Hatch is a 300 square meter center whose beating heart is a Multisensory gym, custom designed to target the sensory needs of kids with special needs. Proud na proud ang dalawang may-ari ng center because of the fact na this is something new and nasa loob mismo ng mall ang area. Oo nga naman.
